It's In The Stars!

Never thought I was one for horoscopes but I just had to check out the one in the current Sunday Mail. Scorpio – 20th November

“No longer can you pretend that nothing is wrong. No longer can you pretend that everything is progressing smoothly. According to this week’s celestial setup it is unlikely to be progressing at all – especially on the work front, where there seems to be gridlock. It is time for some serious thought, followed by some serious action.”

Well, I still have failed miserably in my attempts to tell my wife about Emma, despite my best endeavours and I am still waiting for my official redundancy notification from work!

In addition to the knickers she found, she came across a small cosmetics pouch in which were my pencils (lip, eyebrow and liner) which she hid away and didn’t say anything to me about. Telling - It’s all about timing!

Other than that our current relationship is more like newly weds and certainly not showing any signs of flagging or breaking up!

We are out with friends tonight at a quiz – the first time we will have been out together for some while. The youngest is staying in with her boyfriend and the eldest is coming home for the weekend now that I have bailed her out re her mobile bill! – again!

Just had a phone call setting me up for a job interview next Wednesday, so fingers crossed, there may be good news on the horizon.

Looking forward to Tuesday daytime over at Teela’s and meeting up for an evening drink with Tina on the way home (both of us in Bob mode)

Another Week Another Dollar

With Bob 100% in charge, the weekend has been pretty hectic.

Friday evening I managed to get my PC working again – the previous evening I had wasted 3 hours getting nowhere with my internet connection.

In rugby my team (4ths) was ambushed by our opposition in the league, putting out a 1st team against us including the Middlesex county scrum half up visiting! It didn’t help that I had to let our 3rds have 8 players for their league game including most of my back division. I ended up having to play scrum half (normally no 8) with two of my flankers out in the backs.

Needless to say we were well and truly beaten although we still managed 3 tries – all from the forwards. I guess they didn’t like us beating them by 30 points+ in the earlier encounter at home. With two games to play against the two teams currently above us in the table, it is still possible to win the league at our 1st attempt but it will not be easy.

I had thought that with a few drinks inside me that I may have broached the topic of my knickers which my wife found, but the opportunity never happened.

I trained my under 16s this morning and then sped South to watch my youngest daughter play for her under 18s side in a league game, which they won by over 40 points!

Back home, we dropped my middle daughter off at the train station (she was back for mother’s day) and then raided KFC for dinner.

I am still working out how to tell my wife about Emma, probably it will happen tonight in bed. I am becoming increasingly concerned that my youngest knows something either from my indiscretions or from my eldest daughter. Twice now she has made some obtuse comment when Shania Twain‘s Feel Like A Woman has been played in the car – such as referring to it as my song!

If this is the case then it is more and more important that my wife is told and the sooner the better!

The coming week brings me the chance to pick up my recent purchases from my friend’s house in Oxford, including three new skirts, (one leather), two jackets, some make up, another pair of shoes and three blouses.

I have also tentatively arranged to take a day off work and travel up to Teela’s again with all my clothes and bags and to spend the day sorting everything out including separating all my earlier clothes that are too large for me now. I was going to take advantage of the visit to have my arms waxed and dressed, take another trip around Cheshire Oaks.

I had originally hoped that I may make it the Wednesday and so join my friends in the village, but logistically this has proved to be impossible:-
1. Nowhere to get changed afterwards
2. A car full of suitcases etc left parked in Manchester – not sure it’s a good idea!

No problem as the 4th April will soon be here and I am looking forward to the whole day and the following morning being Emma and attending the dancing evening with the other girls. I am booked into The Atrium and sharing the apartment with Tina.

At the time I booked, I couldn’t understand why there were no vacancies in the hotels in Manchester for that weekend – I was lucky enough to get what I did. I now understand from my wife that it is the day of The Grand National at Aintree! This may have something to do with it perhaps!

I am currently waiting for a reply from Vollers re my corset (less than 4 months old) which has the bottom of the metal busk protruding from the material – this shouldn’t happen. At the same time I am looking into having an overbust corset made to measure with 28” waist to give me a better overall shape.

Currently the top of the underbust corset sits just under my fairly prominent sternum and is visible under a lot of outer clothing that I have been wearing without wearing some heavy duty body over the corset to smooth the silhouette.

Finally, I have still not received official notice of my impending redundancy so work goes on. I wonder what the week will bring? – watch this space.

It’s Work Jim But Not As We Know It!

After a pleasant evening taking tea at Teela’s with some of my girlfriends, the following day I embarked on another first as Emma, a day working in skirts!

Teela who runs Trans-Pose on the Wirral offers the chance for girls to spend the day dressed and working as her secretary, answering the phones, making coffee and other work loosely classed as secretarial.

Having set the alarm for 6am, I awoke after a very restful night’s sleep cocooned in my nighty and got up, had a coffee and brushed my hair out.

Ablutions completed, I proceeded to get dressed as I was leaving the hotel and driving across to Teela’s dressed. As I had quite a bit of baggage to get to my car, I dressed casually in a pair of tight jeans over my hold ups and a new red top over bra and corset. I wore my new control knickers from M&S and was surprised as to how comfy they were considering they were a thong. On my feet I pulled on my knee high boots in which I tucked my jeans. It is this look I have always admired on women and I was very pleased with my appearance.

After a close shave, I applied my make up – again understated for daytime though I did plough on the mascara, finishing off with a soft pink shade of lipstick once more from my collection of Chanel.

Once dressed and presentable, I proceeded to put together my outfit for my day at Teela’s and then re packed my bags.

One at a time as filled, I walked out to my car and loaded the bag in. It took me 5 trips to and fro through reception before I was ready, having left a travel bag with my business suit, shoes etc in till last.

I then popped back to reception and bade the girl goodbye popping my key into the slot in the desk.

I arrived safely through the rush hour traffic at Teela’s and after an initial cuppa, sat down for Teela to give me a makeover. Firstly my own application was removed and then using her own brand of cosmetics established a proper colour match for my complexion.

What a difference the correct colour of foundation makes. I will be purchasing my own next week when I return, I was so impressed.

Having completed the rest of my face, I then changed into my suit for the day including heels and started my first day of work as Emma.

It is fair to say that Teela was not so demanding of me but I still managed to complete a task on the computer and answer the odd telephone call whilst up and down the stairs keeping us both refreshed with tea and coffee.

It is difficult to describe the sense of well being whilst sitting there in a tight pencil skirt and jacket with nylon clad legs crossed. It felt so right.

Lunch was provided and later in the day, Barbara arrived for a makeover and to get dressed.

I fell in love with one of the wigs on display and when I checked the name to ascertain the price I found out that it was an Emma! – well obviously fate took a hand and I parted with my hard earned sheckles.

Far too soon it was time to put Emma back in her bag and so reluctantly I changed back into Bob ensuring no trace of the day remained. (unfortunately this was found not to be the case – see earlier blog!)

Driving home I could only reflect on a wonderful day and experience and start to make plans to repeat it in the near future.

I certainly can recommend the day as Teela’s secretary.

Tea at Teela's and The Cheshire Oaks

I thought Monday would never arrive after a hectic weekend. I took a half day off work and managed to get to my normal hotel for 3pm, checking in I quickly unloaded my car and took up occupancy of my room close to reception. This was especially important due to having 3 suitcases, a shoulder bag, laptop, carryall with Bob’s clothes in etc and a banker’s box!

As you can see, Emma doesn’t travel light!

Having shaved that morning, I stripped off and applied moisturiser to the face and let it soak into the slight stubble which was now evident, whilst stepping into my underwear. I had stopped on the way to pick up some gloss finished natural stockings from Tesco’s and was pleasantly surprised that now my legs were shaved, the hold ups did indeed grip well and the medium/large size fit perfectly.

A close shave against the grain with a new four bladed razor left me a little bloodied. More moisturiser applied and then finished getting dressed. My intention was to get across to the Wirral as early as possible and spend some time wandering the retail outlets at Cheshire Oaks before making my way to Teela’s for tea.

I was still unsure about what size forms to use as when I look back at some of the pictures of previous nights, even using a size 5 which I now have downsized to, I still think I look a little too big! So, I decided to stick with my stick ons (Scuse the pun!) and a white gel bra making use of my own spare flesh.

My corset tightened off to the maximum 30” gave me the waist and shape I was looking for over which I wore my Spanx control slip.

My outfit comprised a new black and white silky pencil skirt, white blouse and black blazer and this week I managed to wear my new heels from Dune (black patent 4” heels in a crocodile effect).

I then applied my make up – kryolen beard cover dabbed on over the shadow area (the close shave using the moisturiser had reduced the shadow to a bare minimum) followed by my L’Oreal long lasting foundation. For my eyes, I used a brown palette and finished with just a smudge of eyeliner and my Max Factor false lashes effect mascara which I must say I have found to be so easy to use and so effective.

Revlon blusher and a touch of translucent powder finished my face and I lined my lips and applied a glossy red lipstick by Chanel – currently my favourite brand.

Finally on with the wig, glued on nails pre polished in a bright red shade, jewellery and a squirt of Hugo Boss perfume, jacket on, contents of handbag checked, money and cards transferred, telephone and room key safely zipped away in the bag, I stepped out of the room and made my way out past reception, smiling at the girl who was busy booking another guest in.

The feel of the cool air on my hairless legs encased in the stockings was exquisite and brought a smile to my face as I strutted across to my car with my bag slung on my shoulder. This is what it’s all about I thought.

Sliding into my car seat, I plugged in the sat nav co-ordinates and looking up noticed a business man had been watching me from an adjacent car. In the past this would have caused me so much discomfort but now I just looked him straight between the eyes and smiled.

Easing my way out of the car park I joined the M56 and made my way over to Cheshire Oaks – the famous hunting grounds of Lisa.

Arriving opposite the M&S outlets some 30 minutes later, I made the store my first port of call. Walking over to the shop from the car I realised that the shoes and skirt combination made it easy for me to walk in an appropriate manner, the tightness of the skirt reminding me if I tried to increase my stride.

Sauntering around the shop, I didn’t seem to attract any adverse attention despite the presence of a number of children being dragged around by their mothers.

I finally settled on a lovely golden blouse and cami combination size 20 and a pair of M&S control knickers size 14. On paying I used my switch card and having confirmed that I did indeed require a bag to put my knickers in, moved on and outside to check out some more of the shops.

Strolling along amongst other shoppers, I felt on such a high. In and out of the various fashion shops I dutifully trotted including Kurt Geigers shoe shop. I even tried on a pair of their shoes but as money is tight, I will have to come back another day.

Finally, I decided to finish my shopping experience by having a coffee at Starbucks.

Ordering an Americano, I sat down looking out onto the world passing by, legs crossed, skirt tucked under me savouring the experience – 6 months ago this act would have been only a figment of my imagination.

How far I have come since joining the Angels and meeting up with my new girlfriends.

Back in the car, purchases and handbag on the front seat, I punched in Teela’s co-ordinates (2.5miles away!) and on arriving, bumped into Tina as she had just parked.

Welcomed by Teela, we joined the other girls, including some of our normal crowd from the Northern Angels, Kate, Diane, Mandy, Elaine.

I spent a very pleasant evening in wonderful company totally chilled out chatting about everything – even music and the 70’s group Camel!

As usual with a bunch of girls together, the cameras came out and we ended up with a number of new piccies for the various collections and web sites. What is it about trannies and photos!

Finally, the night came to an end and reluctantly the girls made their exits, for me this was not quite the end as I was coming back in the morning to spend the day working as a secretary for Teela.

Back at the hotel, I removed my make up and moisturised, clothes off and corset removed, I put on my pink nylon nighty and climbed into bed for a good nights sleep setting the alarm for 6 in the morning.

"It’s a Good Job I Trust You"

Well, I am gutted. After a great day at Teelas and meeting up with my friends the previous evening, also at Teela’s (Tea with Teela) I end up almost losing everything.

Leaving Teelas last night I got home and managed to hide any evidence of my day as Teela’s secretary (separate blog on it’s way) I woke this morning, hot shower and close inspection as to strange body marks – nothing apart from a sore left ear.

I left for work early so as not to have to explain the extra bags on the back seat of the car – the boot was full before you ask! having left my travel bag in the house with my work clothes etc. As is usual, I had already double checked my bag for any signs of Emma , however, I must have had a blonde moment as I had left something.

9am, my wife rang me to discuss a parcel that had gone missing to Greece (E-bay sale) and then casually dropped into the conversation that she had found two pairs of knickers in amongst my clothes.

“You must have inadvertently picked them up from Brian’s (my mate’s where I stay usually when over in the North West when not out as Emma) They are obviously his missus! They are thongs. It’s a good job I trust you.”

I almost cried. Even now my conscience is in turmoil. It’s a good job they were a size 12 and 14 is all I can say.

As to how they were mixed in with my clothes – I haven’t got a clue.

How I missed them when I checked my bag – I haven’t got a clue.

My wife is washing them and has suggested I surreptitiously replace them in their spare room when I am next over there. (I elaborated in that the spare room has lots of her things left around – part true but certainly not knickers!)

I will end this blog as I started – I am gutted that my wife’s trust is so misplaced.

I cannot continue my deceit much longer – the warning signs are there.

Another Wednesday Night In The Village

Having waited for almost 3 weeks for an opportunity for Emma to be out again, it was with eager anticipation as I drove up the M6 to my hotel mid afternoon.

The theme for the evening was a red dress, mine I had picked up off E-bay a few weeks earlier for the princely sum of £7.50. The shoes were a touch dearer – well actually a lot dearer and more than that were too tight being a size 41 not a size 8 as advertised. I was gutted!

For the first time, I finished getting ready whilst in the company of another girl, Mandy, who I was helping out by making my room available to get ready in.

Leaving the hotel together just after 6pm we bumped into a couple of guys coming in who opened the door for us. Across the car park and into my car we then made our way through heavy match traffic to Manchester.

For once, my luck held and I found a parking spot in Minshull Street. On our way to the meet we were accosted in a friendly way by a bloke who wanted a kiss! Oh for swatting up on the book “The Art of Quick Wit and Repartee” – unfortunately, somewhat stunned, a no had to suffice.

Settling down with a drink at Tribeca we met Paula and then were joined by Tina and Nicky – out for the first time with us closely followed by Kate, Mrs Kate and Diane.

The meal this evening was at Via, a venue I had not been before. We wandered through the mixed clientele in the bar to take our place for eating. Kate ended up in a huge throne like chair at the head of the table looking suitably regal in her red sequined dress.

I ordered the Tuna but somehow the order never made it to the kitchen! And so due to the delay ended up eating aftermost of the girls had finished though the staff were good enough not to charge us and paid for my drinks albeit sparkling mineral water!

No visit to Via can be complete without a comment re the dungeons – ladies. When Mrs Kate gave a 1 out of 10, on her return, I got the idea that it might be an experience!

1 toilet roll between 5 stalls, heavy course timber doors with substantial metalwork all added to the overall impression of a dungeon. On the good side, there was plenty of mirror space so no need to elbow anyone out of the way.

Whoever invented the hook and eye fastening on bodies wants shooting. I almost caused myself a serious mischief in rearranging my underwear after my visit. The downside of being a woman was a 10 minute trip to accomplish what as a man would have taken a minute or two! I must re think my underwear for next week and future outings to make it easier / simpler to carry out normal bodily functions!

Renown for my ability to talk the back end off a donkey, I must admit to having met my match with Nicky. Tina is very lucky. Having heard so many good things about Nicky from Tina, I had a great time discussing the a to z of what we do and how family life fits into our ”hobby”. If only my wife knew about Emma! – assuming she would be as accommodating as Nicky and Mrs Kate!

Moving onto The Rembrandt, we joined the Concord girls for the themed red dress night and ended up with a few group piccies of the Northern Angels for posterity and the web site.

I managed to get a few more pictures of me in the Rembrandt – no more having to rely on the Travelodge piccies using a self timer! Before our customary stroll over to Napoleon’s to finish the night.

Nicky continued to be the spirit of the party and was gobsmacked at the variety of customers at our late night venue. Kate had her usual funky strut on the dance floor whist I chatted with the girls. What continues to amaze me is just how normal it feels to be out dressed and chatting about all sorts of wide ranging topics into the early hours.

Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end and the party began to disperse with myself and Mandy leaving with Tina, Nicky, Kate, Mrs Kate and Diane somewhere after 1am – early for a change!

Back at the hotel, Mandy changed back and after a coffee departed for home. I decided to continue the evening with a fashion show trying on various combinations and working out what to wear to Teelas next Monday.

By the time I had finished there was no point in trying to get any sleep so I just finished packing and had a quick stroll out to my car dressed in a business suit loading a couple of my cases and my laptop before returning back to Bob mode to clean up.

Not sure what the cleaners would have made of the room, as I had tried on my new sparkly dress and left more sparkles all over the place, that and the empty pack of tights in the bin and the cards from some new jewellery I purchased for the evening. In the past I would have thoroughly disposed of all evidence, now I am a little more laid back. I have paid for the room!

Typing this some 12 hours later, I am pretty knackered and after training with my under 16s shortly, intend to have an early night! – yes I know – I definitely need my beauty sleep!

Until Monday!

Well and Truly Plucked!

Who needs to pay someone to have pain and torture inflicted on them! Well I guess I fall into that group now as my body recovers from 3 hours of waxing last night at my good friend Rebecca’s.

I would like to say it didn’t hurt but in places it certainly did. Perhaps a few whiskies beforehand would have helped but when you have to drive home 80+ miles afterwards – not a good idea.

I had my front and back and legs waxed last night and would have had my arms done as well but we ran out of time and so I resorted to shaving on my return home.

I am now as hairless as I was just before puberty hit me quite a long time ago – well a very long time ago then! The feeling on my legs however as my trousers rub against them is quite novel and hopefully wearing tights later today or even stockings (not yet decided) will be mind blowing.

Now to the subterfuge. How, I hear you ask, did I get this past my wife!

Hand in hand with Emma achieving a lifelong goal, Comic Relief will be the better by £500. In my profession, I have often been accusing of causing grief and pain when resolving payment issues with my Company’s clients and Contractors, well I offered them the chance to get their own back at £50 a shout me having been “coerced” into being waxed all over!

I am still receiving pledges but should easily achieve the £500. I will admit to having it done on Friday so as to give everyone time to get their pledge in. A simple but effective solution arrived at by thinking outside the box!

As to how I explain the follow up waxing in 4 – 6 weeks time, could be a little trickier!

Enough for now, just to say am really looking forward to meeting up with my friends in the village again tonight and wearing my new red dress and wig. Nothing like mutton dressed as lamb eh! – still to decide what underwear yet!

The Dust Settles

Well, it didn’t take long for my wife to work out something was wrong and under interrogation I lasted less than 36 hours.

In a teary session last Saturday night and after a few beers after the rugby, I had to come clean about me probably losing my job. My wife was over the moon as she thought I had some form of illness that I wasn’t telling her about and then that I might be having an affair! So on a scale of 1 to 10, losing my job was quite low down on her list of problems!

I was so close to telling her about Emma at the same time but thought that that may be too much and let the opportunity slip by.

On the job front, I am focused more clearly now and have been more productive this last week than for a while – strange isn’t it!

I have had a few calls from agents offering me jobs up and down the country but as of yet nothing concrete. I must admit that now the dust has settled, I am fairly calm about the job front. I know I have a particularly strong CV and academic and work experience cant be faulted, the only problem being the level of remuneration needed by myself to maintain my current level of commitments. – I still need Red Cross Parcels sending here on a monthly basis!

In the meantime, Emma has been busy, driving down to London on Monday afternoon to pick up a friend after day surgery at Charing Cross Hospital and bringing her home to Oxford. Picked up a number of my e-bay purchases from her house at the same time including a lovely sparkly dress and two new party tops and a couple of Chanel lipsticks. I must admit to having fallen in love with Chanel lipsticks due to their texture, colour, coverage and ease of application, although not cheap!

Tuesday evening I met up with one of my girl friends both of us in Bob mode in Leicester for a few beers. Very surreal experience but reinforces the feeling of friendship shared when out together previously “en femme”

Back at the empty house (wife was out with my youngest daughter at training) I quickly tried on my new purchases and learned about the problem with glitter dresses. I left glitter over everywhere - underwear, wooden floor of bedroom, bedspread, rugby kit, squash kit, rug in front of toilet etc!!

Even now, 5 days later I can still see signs of the glitter!

Wednesday, I had to shoot back to Oxford to sort out a recorded delivery parcel which was waiting for Emma Walkey at the post office!

I use a girlfriend’s address in Oxford to send my E-bay purchases for Emma to – far simpler than strange shaped parcels arriving at my house.

The problem however is proof of ID! I had the red card stating that they had tried to deliver a record delivery parcel but no one was in. So off to the PO with no id to support my contention that I was indeed Emma! – Luckily, the woman behind the counter was less demanding than normal and I was able to pick up the dress without having to demonstrate my entitlement apart from possession of the red card!

A few more packages had been delivered to my friend’s and so I picked them up too. I have bought a new longer wig which looks great and on Wednesday will be worn – I just hope it suits me.

On Thursday, whilst feeling down, I decided to book into a hotel for the 16th to allow me to take tea at Teela’s over on the Wirral and to meet up with some of the other girls. I then pushed the boat out further by arranging to spend the following day dressed as Teela’s secretary.

A day in a skirt suit and heels really appeals to me as it is a look that I have always loved. It means I will be leaving the hotel on the Tuesday dressed in a business suit, skirt, blouse and jacket with appropriate heels and drive over to Teelas for the day. The only problem I see is that as there is no shower facilities yet at Teelas, I will have to be very careful when changing back to Bob mode that there is nothing left of Emma including the odd long hair, smell of perfume or remnants of eyeliner etc – hope the marks from my underwear (corset and bra straps) recede quickly!

That’s all for now as I have to get ready for our league game of rugby this afternoon.

Looking forward tremendously to meeting up with my friends again out in Manchester this coming Wednesday.
